We practise responsible travel and play an active role in nurturing supplier and traveller responsibility. This includes a commitment not to cut down trees in order to print glossy brochures and everything we do benefits the local community.

We have a duty of care for you, and being a responsible tour operator costs money. This investment helps differentiate professionals from illicit operators that cut corners and take risks with you and your money.

Legally responsible tour operators have bonding and insurances in place to protect you, the customer. As such, they are unable to alter standard terms and conditions with each booking. These terms have been agreed as part of the establishment of customer-led security and responsible tourism.

The moment an organisation packages up two services in separate locations [walking and accommodation, for example] it is acting as a tour operator. As a responsible traveller, you have a moral obligation to seek out and use responsible tour operators.
